With Mother’s Day just around the corner, I thought I’d bring you a recipe that is super simple & mouth-wateringly delicious! It can be put on in the slow cooker in the morning, left to do it’s thing during the day, so that you can spoil mum & then it’s ready for dinner.
Beef Short Ribs is one of our favourite items to put into the slow cooker. Grass Fed & Finished Beef tastes so good on its own, that you don’t need to add a lot of extra flavouring, plus you get the added goodness from the beef bones too!

Serving Suggestions
Braised beef short ribs are often served up with mashed potatoes or you can also use steakhouse-style garlic mashed potatoes. We also like to serve it with pasta and use the braising liquid as a sauce or it can easily be turned into a gravy. Other classic accompaniments are a creamy polenta, or roasted vegetables.
