Sticky Pork Ribs
Ingredients
Directions:
- Combine garlic, honey, tomato sauce and oyster sauce in a bowl. Mix to combine. Place honey mixture and ribs into a large snap lock plastic bag. Toss to coat ribs in mixture. Seal and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight
- Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced, or get your BBQ plate warmed up. Line the base of 2 large baking trays with 2 layers of foil. Place a cake rack onto each tray. Remove ribs from marinade and place in a single layer on racks. Brush over remaining marinade. Cook ribs for 45-50 minutes, turning once, until golden brown. Chop ribs into portions.
- Serve with BBQ’d sweetcorn and potato wedges
